Ok so im attending weekly or so to some events lol (can't reall call them events, its more between friends and others and the buy in is quite small) but its all about the glory

So whats my problem ? I cant stay concentrated for too much. No matter how i start (good/bad) after 1-1:30h im having a good stack but then several things start distracting me . I keep on doing wierd bets when its not really the time to steal or so, lookin on other tables instead of lookin at mine, thinkin randomly . I mean what can i do to keep focusing more as it seems its not enough..

I play very few poker these months but dont think thats an excuse ..

Is there anything that makes u guys/girls concentrate more ? Some can say the prize but not really for me so find smth else
