When signing up to our tournament the player automatically accepts our terms and conditions.

Cash Competition Terms and Conditions

• It is required that participants are signed up at the respective poker site with a PokerBRB sign up code or by following the links given by PokerBRB.
• You must be able to provide us with screenshots of your initial balance, your final balance and all the account transactions during the month, otherwise we won’t be able to calculate your ROI.
• The ROI is based on this formula: ( Y - X ) / X
  
  • Y: Balance at the Poker Room at the end of the month.
  • X: Sum of all deposites made the month of the participation.
  • Example: Balance at the end of month $198.  2 cash deposits were made during the month: $20 + $30 = $50. ROI = ($198 - $50) / $50 = 295 %.
• The ROI will be calculated from the time and date we receive the players signup email. Therefore, please sign up to the competition the 1st. in every month, to ensure all your results are counted towards your monthly ROI.
• Players must sign up to each individual monthly competetion in order to qualify for participation in the competition in question.
• PokerBRB will give away 50$ + 10$ per competition contender to the winner of the Cash Competition up to 150$ maximum prize.
• The monthly competition ends at 6pm (GMT) on the last day of the month. If there are no players with positive ROI the prize pool will be transferred to the next month's Cash Game Competition . The winner will be announced as soon as we have verified  with VC poker and the prize will be transferred to the players VCpoker account within3 days.
• Any kind of cash game collusion is not allowed. Collusion is when two or more people sitting at a poker table are working together to win more money from other players. This is neither accepted by the Poker Rooms or PokerBRB.
• When signing up for a PokerBRB competition the player will be subscribed to our newsletter. We have made it very easy to unsubscribe this newsletter.
• Only one sign-up for a PokerBRB competition per player. Any player attempting to claim multiple winnings for which they are not eligible will have their participation anulled and the PokerBRB winnings will go to the next on the list for that PokerBRB competition.
• Employees and directors of PokerBRB, its service providors and any other affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry in the PokerBRB competitions.
• PokerBRB reserve the right to change the Cash Game Competition terms and conditions without notice.
